SETP Reporter Refund Policy

Please take the time to choose your purchase carefully as Namich will only provide a refund in a limited number of situations.

Namich does not provide refunds once a licence file has been issued.

SETP Reporter is available for download anytime from our downloads page. Users can download and check to ensure it will run in their environment and on their equipment, and perform as required. Without a licence, SETP Reporter runs in Demo mode. All functionality can be tested, including uploading a test file to the ATO.

Namich will provide a refund in the following circumstances:

• when required by law, such as where the software/service description was misleading
• payment was accidentally made twice for the same purchase
