Lodge via SSP

After reviewing the information to be lodged, click the button highlighted below to transmit all the data from this screen to the ATO.

This will bring up this screen. Tick the I Declare check box. Your user name will be pre-filled - change if required. Then click the Sign In button.

This will bring up this Log In Screen (as below). Enter your Single Touch email address and password (an account with Single Touch is required to transmit data to the ATO.

Once logged in you will see Token information (as per screen above). Click the Send button (highlighted above) and wait for a response in the Messages section (as per image above). Then Close this screen.

No Pay Event information has been submitted to the ATO or you may have sent Pay Event information for a company your haven't registered on the Single Touch portal ","infoMessages":"Not authorised to submit: 5/18/2019 6:14:58 PM ABN: 51608xxxxxx "} 

Solution:

You need to add this entity to your Single Touch account first. Message shows you are not authorised for this ABN. Add the entity and the report will go through.

You need to update your Windows operating system file. A security related update is missing. Run the Windows Update process for your operating system and this will be resolved. If unsure how to Update, check the Microsoft website.

The Authentication process for STP requires your security protocols to be up to date.
