TFN Dec Reporter Licence Options
Release 5 – based on the ATO's current Specifications v4.0.0 (from 1 July 2019)
Namich currently offers 4 licensing options to suit various needs. The cost per licence is a one-off payment. You can continue to use the software as long as the ATO will accept the Specifications this version is based on*. Please choose from the Licence options below.
Note: TFN Dec Reporter is designed to be run on a Windows operating system. To use the program on a Mac, you will need to use Parallels, VMware, WineBottler or other
virtualisation/emulation software. See here for more info.
Individual Licence - $75 (inc GST)
An Individual Licence is for sole traders and/or business owners who will use TFN Dec Reporter themselves. If an employee will be using the software, please purchase a Business Licence.
The licence is registered in your personal name** and comes with up to 2 Payer ABN Codes.
This is a single user licence to be used by the named individual only.
Suitable where the business owner will be the user who needs to access TFN Dec Reporter.
Note that the licence will belong to the user, not the business. Additional Payer ABN codes can be added for $14.
Not for Government Entities - if purchasing for use by a Government entity please purchase Business Licence.
The licence is registered under a Business Name** and comes with up to 4 Payer ABN Codes. Suitable where one or more users within the same business needs to access TFN Dec Reporter. All users can access and share saved Payer details. Additional Payer ABN codes can be added for $14. To purchase click here.
Corporate Group Licence - $195 (inc GST)
The licence is registered under a Business Name** and comes with up to 4 Payer ABN Codes. Suitable where more than one user from different entities within the group needs to access TFN Dec Reporter. All users can access and share saved Payer details. Additional Payer ABN codes can be added for $14. To purchase click here.
Business Unlimited Licence - $285 (inc GST)
The licence is registered under a Business Name** and can be used within your business for an unlimited number of Payers. Suitable bookkeeping and accounting practices where a business handles TFN Declaration compliance for a large number of Payers. As the business who will be lodging the TFNDEC.N01 files with the ATO, your ABN will be included as the Supplier ABN. You will need to add the Payer ABN for each report prepared. * How long these Specifications will be accepted depends on the ATO. Some Specifications were accepted for over 5 years, others less than 2.
** The name on the licence registration does not need to match the Payer name.
