Changed employee settings in MYOB

STP Phase 2 will require more employee information, such as employment basis, tax table used, rebates claimed etc. The employee settings in the Data Set file need to match with the Employee settings in the MYOB file. If after creating or Updating a DataSet file, you later change employee settings in your MYOB file, you will see this screen. This comes from Check Payees > Align Payees in Data Set with MYOB File.

The 'Changed employee settings in MYOB' Fix button on the Align Payees in Data Set with MYOB file screen will bring up this screen:

This screen will list the affected employee(s). Select the Payee ID of the employee(s) you need to delete in this Data Set file and then click the 'Update Employment Details for Selected Payees'  button.

Once updated the Employee will be removed from this list. When the list is empty, click Close. This should return you to the Align Payees in Data Set with MYOB file screen and the cross next to 'Changed employee settings in MYOB'  should now be a tick.
