STP Creator Refund Policy

Please take the time to choose your purchase carefully as Namich will only provide a refund in a limited number of situations.

Namich does not provide refunds once a licence file or ABN Code has been issued. We provide a free trial licence for users to determine if STP Creator will work on their system and produce the expected result.

STP Creator is available for download anytime from our downloads page. Users can download and check to ensure it will run in their environment and on their equipment. STP Creator runs in Demo mode if the user does not have a trial licence. All functionality can be tested apart from transmitting data to the ATO.

Namich will provide a refund in the following circumstances:

• when required by law, such as where the software/service description was misleading
• payment was accidentally made twice for the same purchase
• If a Setup session is paid for and booked, and the session is cancelled by you and you have provided 24 hours notice
• Pro rata refund if during the first 12 months of purchase, Single Touch withdraws/ceases as a Sending Service Provider (SSP) and Namich is unable to secure an alternative SSP within a reasonable timeframe.
