The total to be paid to each fund is calculated and a Payment Reference Number (PRN) is allocated. Remittances containing all of the contribution data and PRNs are sent them to the Super Funds. For this service Ozedi charges $0.20 per employee. Fees are charged at the end of each month. If you have 5 employees and pay those employees every week, the contribution fee would be $4.00 for a 4 pay month. Payment Processing Fees If you opt to have Ozedi handle the payments to the Super Funds, they have number of methods available (PayTo, EFT, RewardPay). For this service Ozedi charges: $0.25 per bank account debit under PayTo Agreement $0.25 per successful payment to super fund (not per employee) Fees are charged at the end of each month. If you have 5 employees (3 in one Super Fund and 2 in another) and pay those employees every week via a PayTo agreement, the payment processing fee would be $3.00 for a 4 pay month. Optional Using Ozedi for payment processing is optional. You can handle the payments yourself via bank transfer and avoid the fees. To avoid all fees you can upload the generated SAFF file to your own clearing house or Super Fund - check the format complies with their requirements.
