STP Creator Installation Issues

When installing STP Creator, on some systems you may see this message: This message pops up when a later version of the Redistributable file is already installed on this computer. Click Yes to continue the installation. If the Installer fails for any other reason, try the 'To update an existing installation of STP Creator' link from our Downloads page instead. This does not try to install the Microsoft Redistributable, nor .NET Framework 4.6.1. If these are not already on your system, you can download vc_redist.x86.exe from here and the .NET Framework 4.6.1 from here. If you do not have Administrator privileges on your system, STP Creator will run without 'installation' - contact Namich for a zip download of the required files. You can unzip the 5 files to a folder on your desktop or even a USB. This assumes you have the two Microsoft files referred to above on your system, otherwise you may see this message:
